Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been neglecting my blog lately. I have so many blog posts lined up, but I’m still stuck on this particual one. You see, I’m the kind of person who really want things to be perfect before I post something online. It doesn’t matter if it’s a Facebook status, a tweet or a blog post. I’m a perfectionist.
So I will post the blog entry about the little poll in the post below, it’s just taking me some time to get it just right!

While I’m writing this I’m sitting in a cheap, but very kozy motel room with awful carpet floors four kilometers from Gardermoen airport. And in just 8,5 hours I’m going to the airport again to take the plane to Frankfurt where I will meet one of my dearest friends, Marije, and then we are OFF TO ROME TOGETHER!
I really can’t wait. I haven’t seen Marije (she’s from the Netherlands, by the way) since she left Norway over a year ago, so it will be really fun to see her again. We’re going to see the Colosseum, The Vatican City, shop ’till we drop and eat a lot of pasta for a week. I’m so excited! The only thing I’m not too keen on is the heat. I should be living on Svalbard or something, because I think 17 degrees is too hot, imagine me in 35 degrees!
Any tips on where to go, shops, restaurants and barn in Rome is very much appreciated!

Marije and I, 2011
Edit:
By the way, on the bus from the airport to the hotel I noticed an American girl and a Chinese guy talking. They didn’t now each other. Turned out they were going to sleep at the same place as me, and I got to talk to them as we checked in. I wish I could start talking to strange people like that American girl did. She just didn’t seem to have any problem with it whatsoever.
