Being the movie geek and lover I am I decided a year ago to make a list of all the movies I watch in 2012. I counted them all yesterday and I ended up on 211 different movies (237 if I count having seen some of them more than once.) That is a lot!

I didn’t have any resolutions for 2012. At the time I thought they were stupid and that I’d never stick to them anyway, so what was the point? But now I feel that maybe having a few guidelines for what I want to achieve and improve in 2013 isn’t so bad after all?

Resolutions:

Structure my time better.
I’m very good at sleeping until I really have no choice but to get out of bed, and sometimes this can be a really bad thing because I could have done so much before going to school, work, etc. I’m also very good at doing my homework at the last minute, every time. I really need to change this if I’m going to do well in my course.

Be more spontaneous.
I plan too much. I have to just go with the flow sometimes and say yes instead of no. I never end up regreting it!

Eat more healthy and exersice more.
The classic resolution, I know. But I am really not happy about what I eat or how much I exersice right now, so I need to get better at it. Going on a super strict diet and exersice six times a week is not something that’s realistic for me, so I will have to do this my way in my own time, but I’ll try to do it and to lose at least 10 kilos before the summer. Which isn’t really an unrealistic goal, is it?

Add more items to my k-pop collection.
So far I have only one CD and one poster. I really want more!

Save money.
I have to stop buying things I don’t need and slowly my savings account can grow a little.

Don’t wait around for friends who doesn’t make me happy.
In the past I’ve had friends who never call, friends who create a lot of drama and friends who talked crap about me. I’m sick of this and I don’t wanna deal with it anymore. I only want to be around positive people who inspire me and whom I can have a good time with, and not to spend energy on people who are not worth it.

What I want to do this year:

Get my drivers licence.
I only have the theory test and the trivers test left. I need to just do it!

Go to China.
Finally going to travel again, this will be my first time in Asia!

Celebrate New Year’s Eve in the Netherlands.
I really want to save up and travel to the Netherlands next December to celebrate New Year’s with my friend Marije.

Get a top grade in school.
So far I’m doing average. Imagine doing best!

Cook something challenging.
I always just throw what I have in a pan without using a recepie. I got a cook book for Christmas, so why not try some stuff out?

Explore England.
So many places in England I haven’t seen yet, so I really want to spend more time exploring!

Photograph more.
I love photographing, but I haven’t done much of it in 2012.

Read more books.
I used to read a lot. A LOT. Why did I stop?

Top five events of 2012?

- Traveling to Rome with Marije in August.

- Moving to Portsmouth and starting university.

- The BIGBANG concert on December 15th.

- Traveling around England to places like London, Isle of Wight and Stonehenge.

- Meeting Rupert Grint at the premier of Into the White in Oslo.

What did I learn in 2012?

- To tell people how I feel about them when I have a problem. If people can’t handle it it’s too bad for them.

- Don’t wait around for friends what will never be in contact with me.

- Avoid drama.

What clothes did I use the most?

Thights, singlet and a t-shirt covered with a jacket.

A lot of nice people I met in Rome, people I worked with during the summer and so many amazing people in Portsmouth.

The best thing I bought?

My Canon EOS 60D.

What did you do in 2012?

Jeg er en person som elsker å se på film. Hele filmkunsten fascinerer meg, alt fra redigering til skuespill til regi. Jeg er også veldig glad i å dra på kino for å få sett en film i sin fulle kvalitet.

Så her er noen filmer jeg gleder meg til som kommer på kino det kommende året.

Åherregud. Åherregud. ÅÅÅ HERREGUUUD! Kom nettopp hjem fra premieren på den nye, norske filmen Into the White i anledning Filmfest Oslo. Filmen var utrolig bra. Virkelig. Har ikke vært så glad i norsk film opptil nå, men med denne filmen så tror jeg det kommer til å endre seg. Den er virkelig verdt pengene kinobilletten koster!

Men høydepunktet for denne kvelden var at selveste Rupert Grint skulle komme til Oslo og til denne premieren.

Jeg, Ronja og Ida Martine møtte opp en time og et kvarter før Rupert og de andre skuespillerne fra filmen skulle gå opp den røde løperen. Og det var bra vi kom da vi kom, for vi kom akkurat tidsnok til å få de siste plassene fremst ved det røde teppet. Så stod vi der og ventet. Og ventet. Og ventet. Og ble intervjuet av VGTV og ventet litt mer. Og en og en halv time etter vi stilte oss opp for å vente kom Florian Lukas, David Kross, Stig Henrik Hoff, Petter Næss og så klart Rupert Grint gående opp den røde løperen.

Jeg ble helt skjelven i knærne der jeg stod og knipset med kameraet mitt. Autograf fikk vi alle tre. Jeg spurte om han ville ta et bilde med meg, men han måtte gå videre ifølge hun teite dama som gikk bak han og passet på at fansen ikke freaket ut og smadret han helt. (Så ei som blødde fra øyenbrynet, tror det sier litt). Vi gikk inn i salen, Petter Næss presenterte skuespillerene og de andre som har jobbet med filmen, vi så filmen og den ble avsluttet med stående applaus. Det var fint.

Etter filmen sa regissøren noe om en premierefest som vi alle var invitert til, så vi ble nysgjerrige på det og gikk for å finne ut hvor den var. Vi endte da opp på festen til slutt, men vi var jo ikke VIPs, så vi fikk ikke komme inn til det området hvor kjendisene skulle være.

En av skuespillerene, Florian Lukas, gikk forbi oss og vi stoppet han for å fortelle han at filmen var veldig bra. På den tiden trodde jeg at skuespilleren som heter David Kross het Floridan Lukas, så da vi stod og snakket med Floridan dreit jeg meg ut og sa at jeg hadde sett Floridan Lukas i en annen film og pekte mot der David Kross var. Den virkelige Floridan Lukas som stod foran meg så rart på meg. Flaut.

Fikk også masse meldinger om folk som hadde sett oss freake ut på TV2 Nyhetene klokken 21.00, hehehe.

Da vi hadde bestemt oss for at det var på tide å dra hjem kom Rupert Grint gående inn til festen. Da løp jeg bort, spurte “Can I take a picture with you”, fikk “Oh, sure” til svar, grep tak rundt livet hans og stappet en blitz opp i trynet hans.

Så nå kan jeg dø lykkelig.
